The sixth edition of Doc Fest - International Documentary Film Review on Art, Architecture, Cinema, Theatre, Music, and Dance, is launched to great acclaim. We introduce a cultural event that presents the most important and recent international film productions revolving around the indicated topics.

The great variety of documentary films presented are produced by some of most the prestigious media companies at both the national and international level (Abc, Arté, BBC, NHK, Rai, ZDF) as well as by independent ones. These films will contribute to establish a more nuanced and inclusive view of the best and most recent documentary productions on art, architecture, cinema, theatre, music, dance and their protagonists.
We believe that the documentary film is incredibly apt to promote research and knowledge of the surrounding world.

As already indicated in previous editions, this year’s festival will no longer take place in the form of a competition. The implicit prize is that of being accepted to the festival: to be selected among the 600 documentaries that we receive each year from all over the world.
