• Con l’iscrizione alla rassegna ogni singolo autore o produttore risponde del contenuto delle sue opere, dichiara di aver assolto tutti i diritti d’autore verso terzi e concede esplicita autorizzazione all’uso del materiale musicale e visivo.
All’interno dei telegiornali e delle trasmissioni televisive e per ogni attività di promozione e comunicazione della rassegna, Doc Fest potrà inoltre utilizzare brevi sequenze o immagini tratte dell’opera.
Il detentore dei diritti autorizza inoltre gratuitamente, ulteriori proiezioni dell’opera senza fini di lucro. | By entering the review, each individual filmmaker or producer is responsible for the content of his work, declares to have transferred all author’s rights to a third party, and explicitly grants authorisation for use of musical and visual material submitted.
Doc Fest may also show short clips or images from submitted entries on television news, television broadcasts and in all promotion and communications related to the review.
Holders of author’s rights also authorize further showings of their works, gratis, for non-profit purposes. |
